Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and the PLANORA operator for using PLANORA EventGuard 360 on the web, in the Android app and at events that use EventGuard 360 devices. Please read them with the Privacy Notice and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. About PLANORA and these terms
PLANORA EventGuard 360 is operated by [Owner input required: legal name of the PLANORA operator] ("PLANORA", "we"). By creating an account or using PLANORA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PLANORA. Event-specific rules shown to you before you register, book or pay (for example an event's fee, deadline or attendance method) also apply to that event.
2. What PLANORA does and does not do
PLANORA is a platform that lets Guests/Clients plan events with Organizers, lets Organizers request quotations from Suppliers, manages event registrations, digital passes and attendance, and supports event-day safety tools.
Owner and lawyer decision required: whether PLANORA acts only as a platform that connects independent Organizers and Suppliers with clients, or also as a seller or agent of their services, and whether PLANORA collects payments on their behalf. Until decided, these terms describe what the software does: Organizers and Suppliers set their own services, prices and conditions, and contracts for event services are between the client, the Organizer and the Supplier.
Supplier and Organizer directory entries, packages, prices and verification badges help you choose. A "verified" badge means PLANORA Admin reviewed the documents submitted; it is not a guarantee of quality, permits, availability or performance.
3. Accounts and security
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Use only your own account.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private. PLANORA staff will never ask for your password.
- Tell us promptly at [Owner input required: official support e-mail] if you think someone else used your account.
- Organizer, Supplier and Admin roles are granted by PLANORA after review; they cannot be self-assigned.
- [Owner and legal input required: minimum age to hold an account, and parent/guardian rules]
4. Attendees: registrations, passes and attendance
- A registration is confirmed only when the event's approval and payment requirements are complete. The Organizer sets eligibility, capacity, fees, deadlines and attendance rules.
- Your digital pass and RFID card are personal. Do not copy, sell, share screenshots of, or alter them. Transfers need the Organizer's approval.
- Events may record attendance by QR, RFID or both, as shown on the event. Duplicate or invalid scans may be refused and are logged. Manual corrections are made by authorized event staff and stay in the audit trail.
5. Guests/Clients: event planning and bookings
- You choose an Organizer and share your event brief. Your Organizer may request quotations from Suppliers for you.
- A quotation is an offer from the Organizer or Supplier with its own validity date and inclusions. A booking is confirmed when you accept the quotation and complete any required downpayment, as shown in your workspace.
- Upload only genuine payment references and proofs. Your Organizer verifies payments before they count.
6. Organizers and event teams
- Organizers are responsible for their events, their published information, the accuracy of fees and policies, the conduct of their event team, and compliance with laws and permits that apply to their events.
- Organizers must use attendee, client and supplier information only to run the event concerned, and must not export it for unrelated marketing.
- Organizers decide what they ask attendees and must not require information the event does not need. Organizers are responsible for that processing as described in the Privacy Notice.
- Event team members may act only within the events and duties assigned to them.
7. Suppliers and venues
- Suppliers must keep their business details, packages, prices, availability and verification documents accurate and lawful.
- Suppliers must honor the quotations they issue within their stated validity, or decline them in PLANORA.
- Client details received through a request may be used only for that request and booking.
- [Owner input required: supplier fees or commissions charged by PLANORA, if any]
8. Payments, refunds and cancellations
Prices are shown before you pay. Online registration payments go through the payment provider's hosted checkout; PLANORA never asks you to type card details into PLANORA. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the event's own policy shown before payment. Nothing in these terms limits refunds or remedies that Philippine consumer law gives you.
9. Content you upload
- You keep ownership of photos, documents and text you upload. You allow PLANORA to store, display and process them only as needed to run the features you use (for example showing a supplier's portfolio to clients, or a payment proof to your Organizer).
- Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload other people's photos or personal documents without their permission.
- To report content that infringes your rights, is unlawful or exposes personal information, contact [Owner input required: privacy / Data Protection Officer contact] with the page or item concerned. PLANORA may remove or hide content while a concern is reviewed.
10. Acceptable use
Do not: probe or bypass security; access data that is not yours; upload malware or unlawful files; impersonate anyone; post false reviews, quotations or payment proofs; harass other users; scrape PLANORA; tamper with EventGuard 360 devices or credentials; or use PLANORA to send unsolicited marketing.
11. Immediate Assistance, NORA and devices
- Immediate Assistance notifies the event team so they can help. It is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a response time. In a life-threatening emergency, call local emergency services first.
- NORA gives general guidance about PLANORA and your records. It may be wrong, and it is not legal, medical, financial or safety advice. Check important details with your Organizer.
- EventGuard 360 devices (scanners, sensors, kiosks) support the event team. Readings and scan results can be affected by connection or hardware problems; event staff can correct records manually.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, pause or limit PLANORA for maintenance, security or legal reasons and will try to give notice of planned downtime. When these terms change in a meaningful way, PLANORA shows the new version and asks you to accept it before you continue; earlier versions and your acceptances are kept.
13. Responsibility and liability
Each Organizer and Supplier is responsible for the services it provides. PLANORA is responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care.
[Lawyer review required: any limitation of liability. It must not exclude liability that Philippine law does not allow to be excluded, including under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).]
14. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is required to be suspended by law, and we will explain why unless the law or an investigation prevents it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Delete Your Account. Some records must be kept after deletion, as explained there.
15. Governing law, disputes and your rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You may also bring complaints to the Department of Trade and Industry, the National Privacy Commission or the courts, as applicable. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. [Lawyer review required: venue for disputes]
