Accessibility Statement
PLANORA should be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, high contrast or voice control.
1. Our commitment
PLANORA aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on the web and in the Android app.
2. Current status
PLANORA is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: some content does not yet fully meet the standard. PLANORA has not had an independent accessibility audit.
3. What we have checked
- Pages declare their language and have titles and headings; legal pages also have landmarks and a "skip to content" link.
- Form fields on the sign-up, sign-in and legal pages have labels; errors are shown as text, not only by colour.
- Main buttons in the app are at least 44 pixels high.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and light and dark modes are both supported.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting where they are used.
- Status messages (such as scan results and saved changes) are announced to screen readers.
4. Known limitations
- Some older staff and admin tables are wide and need horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Some decorative and supplier portfolio images may lack descriptive alternative text. Suppliers add their own images, and their descriptions are not yet required.
- The QR camera scanner needs sight to aim; event staff can check a person in manually or by RFID instead.
- The venue map is visual; the venue name and location are also shown as text.
- Generated PDF documents (quotations, receipts) have not yet been tested with screen readers.
- Android TalkBack testing has been limited to the main attendee screens.
5. Report a barrier
If something in PLANORA is hard to use, tell us at [Owner input required: official support e-mail] with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We will try to give you the information another way while we fix it.
